Antigua Village has a total of 98 individual condominium units and approximately 50% of these are available for vacation rental. Each unit in the rental programme is individually decorated and furnished by the owner. Each unit offers a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette, private bathrooms, cable television, and free Wi-Fi. 

The properties in the rental programme are categorized as studios, suites, one-bedroom villas, and a 3-bedroom beachfront house. These units have different pool, garden or beachfront views and locations. All units are mere steps away from the pool or the beach and each has its own patio or balcony. Generally, occupancy for studios is 2 adults, suites 3 adults, villas up to 4 adults and  the 3-bedroom villa up to 6 adults.
